Friday
went to work as usual....i wore a Baju Melayu with my new brooch..i like it...suit with my cloth...call was ok and i worked at 8am on that day...Is was sick and did not go to work...call was ok and a bit beeping..so tension....i went back late cos have the Call Monitoring session and Quarterly Scorecard session...went back around 6.30pm and i reached home at almost 8pm..

have the email each other session with Syameel...hahha...so happy but hardly to replied asap cos the call was beeping...my last reply was around 12.40noon and im sure he went out already..no reply from him after the Friday Prayers..

my QASS was so terrible..i failed again!im so tired of it cos they want a perfect call for the whole day....even a robot will make a mistake....dont they know how hard for us to maintain the quality the call and at the same time to meet our target for the ACW, AHT and Hold Time...all of it effect our PE..why dont they just make the call so simple...much more easier..too much to do until dont know which one we have to concentrate....just because want to be a world class customer service, we the workers are struggling...hate it so much..but what to do....

slept a bit late cos watched my fave show Midsomer Murders...off to bed around 12midnite...
