my day start with the lousy Putra LRT, when i was in the lrt, there was an announcement saying that the lrt will face some problem. the lrt will stop a bit long at the station and move a bit slow..luckily i was in the lrt and almost reach KLCC... i arrived office at 7.50am...early huh... ^_^

sent email to him was rejected cos his mailbox was full and have to resend it...went to Maxis Centre@KLCC... the stupid staff make a mistake by paid my HSDPA act where i have told her that i want to make payment for my WLAN...my patience was tested when they open at 8.40am where it supposed to be open at 8.30am...then that lady (Diana) make a mistake on my account..then i have to teach her on how to find my WLAN account, i didnt say that im so so clever but they dont know on how to find the account....stupides!!!

call was ok...low volume maybe bcos of the school holiday....then the SME cross support was removed batch by batch which is a good news...the annual leave is not frozen anymore and the bad thing is bout the PE for QASS which consist of 20% for fatal and 20% for non-fatal...the target for fatal is 98% and 95% for non-fatal which is ridiculous!!!

sometime i dont give a damn bout the QASS when im tired or call is beeping...u can make it perfect for all calls...crazy!!im working at 3pm tomoro where supposed to work at 9am and this is bcos of the new colleagues who replace Babu..

we just sms each other and he is going to undergo the surgery tomoro and he work too hard for the past 2 days cos a lot of things to do..he is having his dinner now cos fall asleep since Maghrib cos too exhausted...pray for him everday that all will be ok on the surgery day and hope i can give him a visit on Friday....i did asked him whether i can visit him or not but he didnt tell anything...

going to bed soon and hope i can make a video call with him before both of us off to bed ^_^...
