Friday
woke up at 7am and send Nana to her hotel...i forgot to wake Is up at 5am cos i was too tired and i didnt hear the alarm clock at all...went to Public Bank at SS15 after sent Nana then i went back home...once finished reading the newspaper i continue my sleep and wake up at 11.15am...then i get ready to go to work..receive the sms from Karen, my exec request to login early but unable to do so cos im living in Sunway...

i reached office at 1.15pm and went to Rashids to buy my lunch, then i went to perform my Fridays Prayer and i started to answer call at 4pm where it supposed to be 3pm..this is due to pc problem, the fax problem taking a long time to solve...

the call was beeping and the service level was 26%...terrible right....i dont know what they want la....my meal time was at 6.30pm but went out a bit late cos dont realize its 6.30pm and i went for my meal at 6.42pm...i went to Cold Storage and bought someting for Anne then around 7.45pm i went down again to meet Is...so happy to see him again..

back to the aquarium and start my battle already...call is on off beeping....its not beeping now and thats why i can write the blog..

i received an email saying that i cross-support Priority and below is the proof of the email

i got one call from the priority customer and she shouting like hell whereby it actually her mistake...i alsmot waive the amoun for customer and luckily i go through the bill and ask her a few question.

have another 2hours before the battle end...i just finished talking to Is and he is almost off to bed...hmmmm....nothing interesting to be happen i guess, so maybe i just stop here
