was so pissed off cos the commuter was delayed for 30mins..i reached office at 7.45am and bit rushing then..call was ok for the 1st 2 hours but then it started to beeping..i dont know why, they have a choice to do self-service via the IVR to check outstanding etc but still want to call 123 to check..this is all because the IVR give an option for customer to speak with agent or do self service...of course people will choose to speak with the consultant...so stupid!!

i have lunch at 12noon with Norlin and Kak Ana @RASA and then i met Amran (Tini's bf). Tini is my cousin btw. we chat for a while. call was a bit beeping after that and relaxed after 3pm..i logged out at 5.02pm. then went to perform my Asar prayers and went to Post Office@KLCC to mail the sim card to Sebastian(frend in UK)..when i back to the office my Senior Exec called me and Hanitha and she asked our opinion on our current job. i told all of my concern, dissatisfaction and opinion.

i went back with Anne around 6.30pm and i said something bad to one of the passenger in Putra LRT because she dont want to move in.we reached home around 8pm and this is my 1st time in this week where i dont have to wait for a long time to get a commuter..i slept at 9.30pm and i called my mom gossipping bout my sister and the i send sms to Syameel before i went to bed...i also called Is but he was not free to talk cos 'lepak' with his friend.
