Friday
working at 3pm and reached office around 1pm..i bought my lunch at Rashids then i went to perform my Friday Prayers..call was beeping in the afternoon..a bit tension cos usually there will be less call around 3-5pm..my meal was at 6.30pm but went out a bit late cos dont realize that the time, went out at 6.40pm and i have a time to perform my Asar and Maghrib...call was ok after 9.30pm and around 10pm i was cross supporting Priority..Priority! can u imagine...the most demanding customer department...hehehe..it was ok but got one Priority customer that enquiry on the send a flower service...i dont know that we have that service.

it was so relax at 11pm and im so happy that time, relax relax relax...i reached my house at 12.30midnite..

Saturday
working at 12noon and call was beeping too....another tension day...then i got one stupid customer, the stupid customer ever since i start my job since last year...i was so angry with this Chinese lady...she was so confident that she dont need a setting to use the email and internet service...stupid stupid stupid!!! my voice was quite high when she was shouting at me...i hurt my hand cos i hit my desk...then she request to speak with the exec and the exec also get shout by her..when she was shouting at me, everybody can hear on what is she talking...everybody was pissed off..

even Kelvin-Data Helpdesk get shouted by her when assisting her to check the setting and the best part was she got a wrong setting and she changed the topis to cover her mistake...thats why im saying that she is the stupidiest customer in Malaysis and maybe in the world..i will remember his name and her father's name..

i missed my meal time at 4pm and i went out a bit late, went for my meal at 4.35pm...then the call was on off beeping until 9pm and i straight away went back..i reached home around 10pm..then i watched tv till 12midnite....a few good show at BBCE...i love BBCE.

went to bed around 12.30midnite...

Sunday
woke up around 8.40pm and then went to the shop and bought the newspaper, reading and watching tv at the same time, i cooked an instant mee around 11am and got a call from Is and want to go shopping with me...a bit surprised and he kinda mad cos i did not answered his first call and thought that i purposely dont want to answer it....how can i listen when i make it silent.

we met at Midvalley at 2.30pm and bought a few things, then we went to IKEA and he bought a lot of things from there...total bill is RM800++...crazy huh!!then we went to his new house at Salak Selatan and helped him to fix the coffee table, wardrobe etc..then we have dinner then i went back home and reached my house around 11pm...

was so happy cos went out with him..hehehe...

what a nice Sunday thou a bit tiring.
